1. Overview
Roomcraft Concepts provides custom virtual interior design services. Once work begins, time is allocated and deliverables are produced specifically for your project. For that reason, refund eligibility is tied to project progress and the amount of work already completed.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To request cancellation, contact us in writing and include your order details. We will confirm the current project status and explain what portion of work has been completed. A cancellation becomes effective when we acknowledge it in writing.
3. Refunds Before Work Starts
If you cancel before any substantive project work begins, you may be eligible for a full refund. Work may be considered started once we begin reviewing materials, preparing a brief, scheduling resources, creating project files, or performing any initial design assessment.
4. Refunds After Work Starts
If work has started, refunds are generally not provided for completed work time and any delivered materials. Depending on progress, we may offer a partial refund or a credit reflecting the portion of services not yet performed. Progress evaluation may consider discovery, concept direction, layout work, render production, curated selections, and revision rounds already used.
5. Digital Deliverables
Once digital deliverables (such as PDFs, boards, renderings, or detailed plans) have been delivered, the service is considered substantially performed for that stage. If you discontinue after receiving deliverables, we may offer a reasonable credit toward a future service rather than a refund.
6. Revisions and Satisfaction Concerns
If you are unhappy with a design direction, notify us promptly with clear, consolidated feedback so we can adjust within the revision structure included in your package or written scope. Refunds are not granted solely due to stylistic preference once work has been performed in alignment with the agreed brief.
7. Client Delays, Inactivity, or Missing Information
If a project is delayed due to missing measurements, unclear requirements, or prolonged inactivity, we may pause work to protect timeline integrity. If a pause extends beyond a reasonable period, we may close the project. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated based on work completed and administrative time incurred.
8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend delivery while the dispute is investigated. Where appropriate, we may provide documentation showing work performed and deliverables provided.
9. Non-Refundable Components
The following are typically non-refundable once work begins: discovery time, project setup, consultations, measurement review, concept development, layout planning, render production, and any delivered documents or selections.
10. Exceptions
In rare situations, we may issue refunds at our discretion when there is a clear failure to provide the service as described, or where required by applicable consumer protection laws. Any exception will be documented in writing.
